該機(jī)是我吸收意大利脫胚機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上在1996年自主研發(fā)設(shè)備，是集脫胚、破碴與一體的設(shè)備，以打、搓、揉的原理，進(jìn)行玉米干法脫胚。該設(shè)備由數(shù)個(gè)齒板組成的固定齒圈中間裝有一個(gè)可拆卸的轉(zhuǎn)子，轉(zhuǎn)子和機(jī)架分別安裝于底座。轉(zhuǎn)子上端的皮帶輪通過皮帶與電機(jī)相連。其轉(zhuǎn)子在固定齒圈中可以轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，固定齒圈與轉(zhuǎn)子并保持有一定間隙。轉(zhuǎn)子由三塊轉(zhuǎn)盤和十二條打板組成。
This series of equipment, developed by our company independently in 1996 based on Italian degerming machine, has both degerming and breaking functions. Dry-type corn degerming is conducted on the principle of hitting and rubbing. The equipment is equipped with a fixed tooth ring which is made up of several toothed plates, with a dismountable rotor set in the middle. The rotor and rack are installed on the pedestal separately. The belt pulley on the rotor is connected with the motor via a belt. The rotor in the middle of the fixed tooth ring can rotate, and there is a certain space between the fixed tooth ring and the rotor. The rotor consists of three turntables and twelve plates.
